Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt has invited Filipino scholars to revest their knowledge and skills gained from abroad through participation in the Philippine government’s ‘Balik-Scientist’ program.

Consul General Marie Yvette L. Banzon Abalos met with Dr. Roger Friedlein of the Ruhr University in Bochum to discuss ways to intensify the implementation of projects and programs under the Philippine Studies Agreement in the next two years.
